4.23 New tricycle
So Kaden's best birthday present didn't ship when we expected, and instead it showed up a few days late. Still he really liked it but has no clue how to drive it yet!
4.18 Happy 2nd Birthday Kaden!!!
So March and April have been very busy months for us, with opposite scheuldes it's been difficult to keep the house clean and simply spend time at home let alone plan for a birthday. I worked night's the week of Kaden's birthday and Nate worked days. Sadly I was only awake for a few hours in the evening that day and between first trimester nausea and total exhaustion we decided to just have a little party with the three of us. Thanks to Nate we had a Mickey Mouse table cloth, plates, cups, and banner. For dinner we had pizza which Kaden loves (most of the time!) and instead of cake we made him a special ice cream Sunday. He had Strawberry ice cream, tiny M&M's, whipped cream, cherries...yummy. For his birthday, he was delighted with a play-dough toy, a few new outfits, books, and a duplo set...then a few days later his new tricycle rolled up in the mail (ok, so we had to put it together). And most important he had a great time even though we were all exhausted beyond imagination!
